These are the operating terms for placing a cash-on-delivery order with FitmyBath in Pakistan.
What you need to know
Prices and totals are in PKR. The checkout summary shows the items, discount and delivery charge before you submit. Delivery is currently free across Pakistan.
Submitting checkout records your order and its unpaid cash-on-delivery total. Our team may contact you to confirm address details, availability and delivery arrangements. No money is collected by the website.
Provide accurate contact and address details and be available to coordinate delivery. Pay the agreed total in cash on delivery. Save your order reference and confirmation page.
Check product dimensions, finish and compatibility before fitting. Product photography may be illustrative; ask us to confirm any specifications you rely on. Installation should be carried out by an appropriately qualified person.
For cancellation, damage, returns or refunds, contact the store using the order reference. See the returns page for the request process.
